I was in the market for a pre-owned MB S550. After visiting quite a few dealers and test driving ten vehicles, I finally found the vehicle that I was looking for at Kingspoint Auto. My positive experience was not limited to the vehicle. After all, I saw several cars in the condition that I was looking for at other dealerships. When I arrived at Kingspoint Auto, I was greeted by Michael Goltche. He showed me the car that I was looking for, responded to all my questions and did not show any aggressive sales tactics. He was very transparent with his responses, friendly and professional. The advertised price of the vehicle was the price and did not include any deceptive additional fees. We agreed on a final price, plus taxes and the normal DMV fees.
As I write this review, I am not claiming that I got a bargain, nor that I was overcharged on the price of the vehicle. But I can tell you that I got a great car and good value for the money. I am super happy with the experience and definitely recommend Kingspoint Auto.

For eleven years I was driving a two door coupe that I just out grew. I found the exact car I wanted for myself at Kings Point Auto. Usually I like to deal with big dealerships so I was a little apprehensive. But Kings Point Auto had the exact car I wanted with low milage and at the right price. I called and talked to Mike. He was very professional right from the start. No pressure sales pitch at all. He took my trade in for my full asking price. In the end we were both very happy with the transaction.... Which by the way went way more smoothly than I would have ever expected. He handled all the out of state sales tax nonsense, the registration, etc... In the future when I look for a car Kings Point Auto will be my first stop for sure. My experience with Kings Point Auto deserves an A+ rating. I took several weeks to visit KPA because I had so many alternatives to pick from other car dealers but as time passed by I was vey disappointed with them; in my third week I decided to visit Mike, He was very helpful and professional. Very cool dude to talk about cars (We talk for a couple of hours). I didn't feel rushed and he never forced me to pay him for "deposits or fees, etc" to separate the vehicle. Upon entering this dealer I was greeted with Mike, who was super down to earth, not like those scummy dealers who only care about selling and making $. Was provided the best service I've ever had compared to other dealers. Mike was extremely knowledgable and upfront with pricing and details. In the past, I’ve had incredibly negative experiences with commercialized dealerships - hidden fees, completely not personalized, and prices that were clearly inflated just for sales. Mike gave me and my husband a great car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and honest. There were no added fees, the price listed was the price of the vehicle and of course taxes etc are added afterwards. But there were no "dealer fees" etc that most other car dealerships add in a manipulative way. Mike didn't pressure us to buy the same day or pressure us to buy any specific vehicle. He understood what exactly my husband was looking for, presented options, allowed us to test drive and was patient with us while we deliberated. While doing the paper work process, he didn't hide his screen, we were able to see and read everything. Nothing was hidden. I truly appreciate his honesty, how knowledgeable he was of cars in general, and the true effort of getting us a great deal. Purchased a 340i MPPSK xDrive from kings point auto, and have been thrilled with the car so far. More thrilling however was the experience of buying it. From the moment Mike started chatting with me about the cars, I could tell he sells his cars for specific buyers. I told him my plans to build the car, my performance goals. He also allowed me to test drive the car and launch it, and really TEST the car. Not just take a lap. He was extremely helpful in the financing process and got me a great rate. I would absolutely recommend visiting kings point auto if you’re looking for anything, but especially luxury or sports cars, this is the place to find them. I’ve been to a few dealerships and the process was very stressful. My husband saw the car online and we contacted Mike right away. From the very beginning his goal was to make the process as painless as possible, and he succeeded in doing so. I was coming from another state to check out and possibly purchase the vehicle and Mike took car of as much as the behind the scenes paperwork as possible to minimize our wait time once we got to the dealership. Once we checked out the car, we decided to take it and because Mike did a lot of the paperwork beforehand, we didn’t end up spending HOURS waiting around at the dealership! Back in March, I was looking to purchase a used VW GTI. I found one at Kings Point, that had all the features I wanted, and was in my price range. I called up and submitted an application that day. Mike was super helpful and pleasant on the phone and helped me out. When i drove down there Sunday, I was sold when I saw the car. It was in perfect condition and could not find a single flaw with the GTI. He even handed me the keys and let me drive it alone. Very few dealerships did that. I told him I wanted to buy it, and in two hours I was driving out with a dream car. Since corona struck during that time, my registration was super delayed with dmv’s being closed. However, throughout the whole time, mike would contact me periodically with updates to help reassure me he was on top of getting it. Once it finally came in, he overnighted it all to me. I recommend anyone I can who is in the market to buy a car to give mikes dealership a chance. Definitely worth the stop.

I was looking for a run around car since my 3500 Truck isn't the best to do so. I've been hunting for a couple of years since it wasn't really a priority but have been doing the web searches and eyeballing at dealerships. I went to Kings Point Auto and the reception was great. I bought a 2012 Volkswagen GTI from Mike. He was very nice letting me take for a test drive with my brother so we could really enjoy it without the typical sales stuff going on while trying to listen for anything out of the ordinary. The guys were great immediately fixing the surface scratch I saw. Bringing the vehicle back to what I was hoping to find. This car was like brand new on the interior and working with Mike was painless and very pleasant. I'd recommend them to any one and would definitely buy another car from them.... Visited Kings Point Auto to test drive a fully loaded 2015 BMW M235i in what looked to be pristine condition. Mike was professional and courteous throughout the entire purchase process. Took the car on a test drive and noticed a wobble in the front tire. Mike got that serviced on the spot. Took it for a second drive and it ran perfect. The oil service light came on during my test drive and although he confirmed the service was done when the vehicle arrived, he made sure to do another one on the spot to remove any concerns I had. Getting a loan approved took no time at all, and there were no hidden fees whatsoever. What you see is what you get with this dealership and I'll certainly be back in the future for my next upgrade. Truly a GEM of a dealership in the used car market.

The dealer itself has a fantastic selection of cars in great condition and are willing to look for a car for you as well if you have something specific in mind. Thankfully they had what i was looking for and it was in amazing condition, just like all the other cars on the lot. Then on top of that the representative that worked with me, Mike, did an amazing job making the process of getting me the keys that very day as easy and painless as possible, while also getting me unreal rates for me to finance the car. Got me a great deal for a great car. Ryan was the salesperson and he said “I’m not going to sell you this car until you take it for a drive as that’s the best part”. I did and we bought it that day. Mike and his team presented the car in fantastic shape and even ordered a few little pieces that the car needed and installed them for me a few days after purchase. They also set us up with an very low interest loan to that allowed us to buy a car that was over our initial budget. Later when the radio needed to be removed, Mike’s guys took care of it. Mike has proved to be a great guy. At first I was skeptical because his passion for the cars he sells and his emphasis on the importance of "his name" and "his word" seemed like a gimmick. However, this is not the case. Throughout the purchasing price my local credit union approved me no problem but were very slow in the process, Mike on the other hand went out of his way to make sure everything was completed and making himself available all day long to ensure that I got my car the next day. MORE IMPORTANTLY, Mike has proved to be honest on keeping good with his promise to stand by what he sells. I had a slight humming when I drove the car home, it got louder, and when my mechanic found to be a wheel bearing. Upon informing Mike of this he offered a tow (wasn't needed), a loaner car without me asking, and repaired the vehicle. I originally stopped by Kings Point Auto after reading the many POSITIVE reviews about Mike and him not being pushy, being helpful, doing everything he could to get you approved for credit, etc, etc. I AM VERY GLAD I LISTENED TO THOSE REVIEWS as everything that was stated was correct... I personally hate car dealers as they are phony and very pushy and lure you into the dealership based on lies and deception. Mike was great AND THE TOTAL OPPOSITE. He took my Credit App, was not pushy and said he would get back to me... He got back to me the next morning with an offer I thought was high on interest rate... He got back to me with a lower rate... I don't generally write reviews online but felt the need to here, given the EXCEPTIONAL experience I had at Kings Point Auto and working with the owner Mike G (his colleagues Ryan and Sam were also helpful). I was in the market for a BMW 5 Series and had checked out several dealerships prior to coming to Kings Point Auto. Many of those other dealers employed the sales tactics and tricks that I feel give used car salesmen a bad reputation. My experience with Kings Point however, was exceptional. My first impression walking into their showroom and lot was that it was filled with beautiful cars (many BMW's and Mercedes) and they were very fairly priced. I could tell Mike has a good eye for cars and picks his inventory as if he was buying these cars for himself. What really impressed me was that there wasn't any high-pressure sales pitch. Instead he was very informative, easygoing, helpful and patient throughout the process. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous BMW 550 from him. He also was able to get me an excellent finance rate through his lending relationships. He is dedicated to the business and 'gets it'. While others are looking at you as a one time transaction and a quick buck, Mike looks to do the right thing and build relationships, as he knows a happy customer is a repeat customer and this is probably not the last car you will buy. I imagine any negative reviews may be from those with unrealistic expectations. I found Mike added value every step of the way and as a result I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and family to him. I traded my vehicle and received a very fair trade amount for my vehicle, and to make matters even better, I received a great [unbeatable] purchase price on a 2011 Mercedes Benz S550 4Matic. I live in PA but pre-owned luxury cars out here are somewhat limited & prices are usually sky high. I admittedly shopped all over NJ NY & CT and literally walked out of at least five or six dealerships because of sales gimmicks and bait and switch nonsense. I found a couple that seemed legit at first but when it came time to sign I looked over the paperwork and literally I walked away from another two. I stumbled onto Kings Point's website & was of course still somewhat skeptical but could tell the reviews were not your typical one sentence garbage most dealers probably write themselves. I figured I had to give the place a shot & am so glad I did. I have an 860 credit score and was told by most guys I couldn't bring my own bank check which really bothered me. I mentioned to Mike I was approved with my local credit union at 2.2% but only up to 60 months and the car had to be 3 model years old or newer which wasn't helping. Mike told me he could get me the same or better but for a slightly older car and with the longer term that I wanted for payment flexibility. I filled out the application and said what the heck. The next morning Mike called and already had gotten a 72 month approval at only 1.99% which is almost unheard of. I went in the next day skeptical of course but every single promise was kept and I got a deal I literally didn't think could be done. I rarely write reviews & they have many already but after all the nonsense I dealt with prior, I felt compelled to make sure people take notice of this place. They have a great selection, very honest and upfront pressure-free sales approach, and deliver what they promise. Overall, my experience with purchasing a car from King's Point Auto was pleasurable and hassle free. I saw an 06' BMW 330 CI on Cars.com and immediately thought the deal was too good to be true. After calling the dealer and finding out their hours, Mike said he would stay a little late if needed so I could come down to check out the car after work. There were some minor cosmetic concerns i had, however Mike said he would take care of any issues I had with the car prior to purchasing to meet my satisfaction, which he did and was above and beyond what other dealers may have done. I could say I was attracted to basically every car on Mike's lot, as his stock consists of luxury sport vehicles, all in great shape, and there's something for every price range. Today I purchased a 2011 328xi from Mike at Kings Point Auto. I had creeped around his site a few times and saw some of the vehicles and was skeptical at first due to the great prices and selection of cars. As anyone in the market for a used car today knows, pre-owned lots that advertise vehicle, forget to include the hefty after you agree fees. After researching and reviewing and finding the exact vehicle I wanted I gave Kings Point Auto a try. I'm so glad I did. I had contacted a big name dealer to view a car a few days before and had been promised a response I never received upon emailing kp auto mike responded to me in the evening which already was impressive since it was 8:30 on a friday night. I went in yesterday to see the car and today it is in my driveway fully detailed. The deal was free of pressure and no hidden fees no pushing for some wild warranty or a "certification fee" My father and I got the price we wanted and the car we wanted and the service I always expect when making a big purchase. Mike also gave me the piece of mind that if anything is needed in the future that it is ok to contact him. Not to mention KP auto offers a selection of common and uncommon vehicles with hard to find packages, options and rare color choices. The showroom is nice and clean and its a friendly atmosphere. I went in to see Mike at Kings Point Auto because I saw the BMW m3 and from beginning to end he bended over backward to help me get into the car that I wanted. He was willing to stay late at the dealership to help me in the buying process and thoroughly explained and answered any questions that I had. He sells quality cars that you might not usually find and after talking to him I felt that I could trust him in purchasing a quality car. I drive confidently knowing that I'm driving a quality car the one that I wanted. I had to take care of some minor issues and Mike personally helped me get the things that I needed.

I don't even know where to start with Kings Point Auto. Well mike made everything easier for me. I can't be any more happy with my car. The warranty on my car is great, if anything goes wrong all I have to do is just tell mike & he'll fix the problem. Mike is an awesome guy & also an awesome dealer. He helped me get the lowest monthly payment I could of gotten. I can't thank him enough for what he's done. I'm so happy with my car, I can't ask for anything more.
I live in Atlanta and was searching for a Lexus GS. I traveled to NY to purchase a vehicle due to more choices with lower mileage. I certainly did my homework and came down with intentions to explore at least 5 options. I stopped at Kings Point Auto immediately after landing. Mike and Ryan were very attentive and were not pushy at all. They addressed all inquires with genuine answers, and within the next couple hours, i was driving my awesome new ride off the lot! This is my 2nd purchase at Kingspoint Auto, my first purchase was a Mini Cooper S for my wife. I was so satisfied with her car and they way Michael at Kingspoint handled every aspect of the purchase there was no doubt in my mind when I was in the market again I would return to Kingspoint. Needless to say several months after her purchase I decided to look for a vehicle myself. I place the call and told Michael I was in the market for a Mercedes ML, he immediately started his search. Michael has plenty of beautiful quality cars on his lot but didn’t try to up sell me or push any of the vehicles on his lot on me. He was more interested in obtaining exactly what I asked for and was up for the challenge. I have to say I know many reviews on the internet are made up but I can honestly tell you Michael is a man of his word and I believe he is truly more interested in building relationships then he is in selling cars, he not only found me what I was asking for but found a vehicle that had every option know to man and then some. If it sounds like I’m making more of this review then need be the answer is YES I am because I want everyone to know you won’t only be buying a great vehicle from Michael at Kingspoint but you’ll be making a GREAT friend as well. Michael just happens to be in the car business but as I mentioned before he is more interested in building relationships then selling cars. He truly made every aspect a pleasant experience, he was happy to take my vehicle as a trade giving me a Very fair price. My work keeps me extremely busy and I don’t have time to waste on having to listen to traditional sales people just try to get you to come in. Michael didn’t waste my time he only called me to run certain vehicles by me and to get my feed back. He truly gives new meaning to the stereotypical car salesman. I personally consider Kingspoint Auto a boutique business. If you truly want 5 STAR concierge service Kingspoint Auto is the place to go, ask for Michael you won’t be sorry
After visitng several other local dealerships, my mother and I found exactly what we've been looking for at Kings Point Auto. The car was very well described so we were very relieved when everything the ad claimed checked out as promised in person. The thing that we really appreciated was how Mike went out of his way to answer all of our questions (including my mothers who is quite demanding) and really made sure we felt comfortable and happy with our decision to buy without any of the common high-pressure sales tactics dealers use. We were very disgusted with a few other dealers, several of which were only down the block from Kings Point. I don't normally write reviews but I think people should really take note of this place and the high quality service and attention to detail offered here. It is obvious how much Mike cares about the type of cars he sells, the way he handles his customers, and the overall way he conducts his business. Thank you very much again for your respectfull manner and very pleasant ways. Neither was expected but both very much appreciated. Even my mother was thrilled! Kings Point auto is a great dealership I have bought two vehicles from them my first car was a Aldi A6 it ran beautifullymy second car I just bought was a Dodge Charger Daytona special edition beautiful car at this dealership they keep great cars that run good look good and for a affordable price the dealers are great friendly and workableI can't wait to buy my next car froml kings point believe me try them out you'll see and you will be very happy !!!!!!
I'm pretty stoked I came across mike and Ryan. They both help me out to the max and kept my impatient behind from going nuts. I really appreciate Ryan helping with every detail possible concerning the car and appreciate mikes professionalism through out the entire buying process. They went and search for the lowest bank rate and incorporated all kinds of warranties. This is of course, having my truck at a fantastic price. I purchased a Mini Cooper S for my wife from KingsPoint. I had the pleasure of having Michael assist me in this purchase. Of all the 7 cars I've purchased in my lifetime this by far has been my best purchase! The car was in great condition and appeared exactly as it did on the website. The salesman Ryan answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable before even meeting him in person. I work a lot so Ryan and I conversed through text which was convenient for me. I brought my friend along when I went to purchase my car and she asked a ton of questions. Mike had no problem answering every one of them and was very patient and knowledgeable which made me feel more comfortable with my decision to purchase the car. The warranty is great and you won't find a warranty like the ones they offer at many dealerships. My credit isn't that great but Mike was able to get my payments to an amount within my budget. Kings Point Auto is almost two hours drive from where I live but it was well worth the drive! I am so happy with my car and so thankful to Mike and Ryan for helping me get into my dream car!
Making a large purchase can be a difficult task particularly when purchasing a used car. Fortunately for me, I found Kings Point Auto and a superhero by the name of Mike Goltche. Not only did they have a complete fleet of luxury vehicles affordably priced, but each one had it own set of bells and whistles which made picking just ONE the hardest part of the entire process. After a couple of hours deciding between two vehicles, Mike followed with a couple of clicks, one phone call and told me where to sign.... Seriously it was THAT SIMPLE! Mike further exceeded my expectations when he followed up on a promise to cover any "bumps" or "hiccup" I experienced after purchasing my car. Two months after purchasing my BMX X5 I brought it back to Mike to have it completely serviced and t warranty he suggested at the time of purchase covered the ENTIRE COST! He is truly a man of his word and takes the grey areas out of purchasing a car. I live close to two hours away and saw the BMW that I wanted well below the price I was expecting for the mileage and to top it off it was the sports package. Mike was very honest and provided great service throughout the entire process. It was very straightforward as well which was great as it made the trip well worth it. Even if I was four hours away I would still make the trip down to purchase another vehicle from Mike the vehicle he sold me was in near perfect condition, basically brand new. My wife and I are both extremely picky and have never purchased anywhere other than directly from Mercedes Benz. This S550 had everything we were looking for and was priced very fairly for the overall condition and options it had. I have to say that I was very skeptical in looking elsewhere as I've literally been dealing only with my local Mercedes dealer for almost 20 years. At the end of the day we bought a gorgeous car that was exactly what we'd been looking for and Kings Point Auto got us the same car our dealer was trying to push on us for nearly $10k less. Mike wasn't pushy at all, very personable, answered every question with knowledge and enthusiasm, and offered the same personalized service we've grown to appreciate and expect when buying our cars. Mike joked that we should use the money we save on a trip to Vegas and bet the rest on black!! As it turned out I used the money for a weekend in Aruba- bet on black- bought my wife a few things- and have a few bucks left over for our next vacation. This turned into more than just a great purchase on so many levels. I originally came across this dealer when my ex - husband showed me a car he wanted to buy. He asked me to do him a favor and find out about it. It was after 9pm and at first I hesitated to send a text enquiring about a car, but I sent it anyway apologizing for texting so late. To my surprise Mike messaged me back saying it wasn't a problem and also informing me that the car was already sold. He also provided me a link to his website to view other cars in his inventory. I broke the news to my ex - husband and he requested that I search his inventory. So I did and boy was I glad. I ended up seeing a BMW I loved. That very night I submitted an application online. By 10am the next day Mike had an approval for me. Now here is why Mike is amazing. My credit was garbage and I have had other dealers run my credit and couldn't put me in a car. Im a 24 year old male from brooklyn ive been thinking about buying a car for quite some time. I found kings point autos off of cars.com. There i saw a 2007 nissan Altima 3.5 in great condition 1 previous owner. Called them up and arranged a date 2 come in and check out the vehicle, it was exactly what was posted on the website, from there on i established a great relationship with the owner mike. Mike made sure that i was behind the wheel of that Altima with good car payments even though my credit wasn't so great. I have bought three Mercedes Benz autos in the last three years from Kings Point Auto. I bought a 2007 C280, 2009 C350, and my latest a 2011 E550. Three weeks ago my local MB dealer wanted me to come in and test drive their new 2014 CLA250. They assessed my C350 and gave me a trade in offer. I wasn't impressed with the CLA250. I went to see Mike at Kings Point Auto to see what I would get for a trade in. He offered me the same as MB. Which was only $2000 less than what I paid for it 2 years earlier at KP Auto.So I traded it in for the E550. Prices are great, they gave me fair market value for my trade-in's, great service and no pressure. Pleasure to deal with check them out.
